I have a white gold ring from my grandmother, with 6 diamonds in a traditional setting. Can I use your product to clean the dirt from in between the settings under the diamonds ?
Yes you can. White gold or even red or yellow gold items can all be brought back to the sparkling items they once were, by cleaning them with our Jewelry Solution. The diamonds in this ring will clean up excellently, especially if you use a soft brush to help remove the grease particles from underneath the diamonds. Once the grease has been removed, you will notice immediately how the diamonds will have re-gained their original splendor. After the use of Holland Hallmark Jewelry Solution, just wash the ring in warm soapy water, rinse and then dry thoroughly. If necessary, use a hair dryer (blower) to dry underneath the diamonds.

I have a collection of silver and gold miniatures and I have not been able to satisfactorily clean in the many cracks and crevices. Will your product help ?
Yes, Holland Hallmark Jewelry Solution is formulated to work on all tarnish and light dirt with which it comes into contact. So we suggest you treat your miniatures one by one, to avoid damaging them. Just leave the item submerged in the liquid. If needed, use a soft brush in those places where you wish to be extra thorough. Then wash the item with warm soapy water, rinse and dry. As with the question about the diamond ring, above, you may wish to use a hair dryer to make sure the miniature is perfectly dry.

I have poured some Jewelry Solution out of the bottle to clean a few rings. They came up great ! But  do I now have to throw this used liquid away?
No, you can store it in a separate sealed plastic or glass container and re-use it until it looks too dirty to use again. Do not however pour the used liquid back into the bottle, as this would contaminate all the clean liquid.
